Moving to FHS

The Filesystem Hierarchy Standard contains policies for
locations of things on the filesystem. FHS uses a few
different locations then the LFSSTD used, for example:

/usr/man -> /usr/share/man
/usr/doc -> /usr/share/doc
/var/spool/mail -> /var/mail
